2 Pet 1: 5-8

knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance
godliness, to godliness
brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love." NKJ

elevate to
agape love.

Jesus knew the Spirit would empower him with this kind of love after his ascension. In
his two epistles, he writes about holiness and agape love.
